Owlmetry

Our own platform for monitoring mobile apps and their servers. Every app we build ships with it, and app developers can use it too.

Included with every app we build

Problems get flagged early. Fixes ship fast.

Crashes and errors are grouped into issues automatically, and we get an alert. We investigate with the full session timeline, ship the fix and mark the issue resolved in that version. If it comes back, Owlmetry flags it as a regression.

It also tracks App Store ratings and reviews, user feedback and where users drop off. A person reviews every fix before it ships.

It depends on what it needs to do. After a free call we send a fixed quote in rand, split into milestones. A small automation costs far less than a full app, so it is often the best place to start.

Small automations take one to two weeks. A first version of an app usually takes six to twelve weeks. You test a new build every week.
